We are looking for summer interns to join our organization!  

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Summer Interns. Attention to detail, organizational skills and excellent communication are necessary qualifications for this position, as well as relevant coursework in the field of accounting and business. This internship provides a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various accounting functions, learn from experienced professionals, and gain real-world experience in accounting. 

Responsibilities: 

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, including data entry, invoice processing, and payment preparation. 
• Participate in month-end closing tasks, such as bank reconciliations and journal entries. 
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports. 
• Assist with special projects as assigned, such as researching accounting topics, learning new accounting software, and helping with tax returns and audits. 
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude while working independently and collaboratively within the team. 

Qualifications: 

• Currently enrolled in an accounting program at an accredited college or university. 
• Strong academic performance with extracurricular activities; minimum GPA of 3.0 
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including debits and credits, journal entries, and financial statements. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word. 
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
